If you order a mixture of hardware and juices, then it can take up to 3 business days and sometimes longer to process your order.
Juices are prepared at the time of your order, not in advance, this is to maintain freshness. We process orders in the order we receive them and will not process your order before others at any time.
Once an order has been placed, you can not modify it, so please choose carefully.
Ordering with express shipping does not mean express processing, it just means Australia Post will deliver it to you faster than standard post.
Before we send out any batteries, we do a full test of its features and functions, we do this for 2 reasons, the first is so we can be certain the product we send you works, and the second is so that you do not have to waste your time and money sending the product back to us for a warranty claim.
All batteries have a standard replacement warranty of 14 days unless otherwise stated. If your battery fails within this period, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if we assess the item has been misused through handling, negligence, or user error. If we believe the item has been handled incorrectly or has been damaged due to user error, a warranty will be refused.
You are responsible for understanding the item you purchase, if you use the item without fully understanding what its abilities are or what limitations it has, then you will in all cases cause damage, in such cases, a warranty claim will be refused.
To make a warranty claim, you will in all cases be required to arrange delivery of the product to us, or bring it into us personally. We will not replace an item based on photos or video, this does not allow us to assess if you have misused the item, or damaged the item due to negligence.
Warranty does not cover atomisers, mod batteries, chargers, tips or any other accessories unless Dead On Arrival (DOA), in which case, you will have 24 hours from delivery to make a claim on any DOA item.
Warranty does not cover improper or unreasonable use; failure to follow operating instructions; accidents, excess moisture, lightning, power surges, connections to improper voltage supply/batteries, unauthorised alteration or modification of original condition; loss of or damage to the vaporiser or its internal components. Cross threading the end caps is not covered.
All our batteries (except mod batteries) come with a full 14 day replacement warranty. We test all our batteries before we send them out to you, this is to ensure there are no Dead On Arrival (DOA) batteries and saves you on any postage costs.
99.99% of the time when a battery does not work, is due to user error, or failure to keep the system clean, always make sure you turn the battery on with 5 or 3 clicks in quick succession depending on the type of battery you have, and always keep your electronic cigarette clean.
Please also understand that we can not guarantee that our batteries will work with your charger, if the charger you have is not designed for our type of battery, then you are advised not to use it or consult us first before using your charger. Using the incorrect charger will in all instances damage the battery.
As all other products we supply are considered consumable products, such as e liquid, clearomiser, atomisers, drips tips and bottles etc, these do not come with any warranty unless they are considered Dead On Arrival (DOA). We will only replace the part that does not work, usually this is just the coil head.
If a device is examined by us and determined to have been mistreated, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/replacement of the item.
There may also be conditional warranties on certain items such as atomisers, clearomisers, cartomisers and batteries to name a few. This means if you use a low resistance atomiser on a high powered battery, then you are out of luck, we will not honor this type of warranty. You are strongly advised to do your research before using the item you have purchased before using it with other devices.
Refunds are granted only if the product is faulty. If the product has a return period it is displayed on the product information page.
We do not provide refunds for any e-liquid that you do not like, we provide smaller size bottles for the purpose of trying out an e-juice. We suggest you purchase the smaller 5ml or 10ml bottles before committing to the larger 30ml bottles.
Postage to return the item to us is your responsibility. We will cover the postage back to you if the item is deemed to be faulty by us. In the event that the item is not faulty, you will be required to cover the postage to send the item back to you, or you can wait and have it sent in another order.
If you have received a product you believe to be DOA or faulty in some way please submit a return request found within your account once logged in. Select the invoice the product was purchased on and from there you can submit the RTA.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Vaping Cobra will be closed from Friday 18th April 2014 and reopening on Monday 28th April 2014.
Any orders received after Wednesday 16th April 2014 will not be processed until after we return.
